Complete onboard entertainment systems under initial design contract to Owner and follow-on implementation contract to Fincantieri, Italy for two high-specification cruise ships constructed at Marghera (Venice) shipyard. Design responsibilities include theatre consultancy, planning and acoustic services as well as  detailed designs of all ship-wide and local entertainment systems. Ship-wide systems, controlled from the Broadcast Centre, consist of all satellite and in-house television equipment and distribution, together with multi-channel background music and public address systems. Local systems for theatre, cinema, lounges, restaurants, bars and activity areas consist of audio, video, stage lighting, stage equipment, special effects and show control. All systems employ state-of-the-art technology and are engineered to the highest standards. In addition to design and supply, Glantre’s responsibilities include cabling, installation, testing, commissioning, training and documentation.
